We advise you for this recipe:
Preheat your oven to 180°C - thermostat 6 (preferably in fan heat).
Place your salmon fillets on baking paper squares.
Cut 8 thin slices of lime (or bergamot or lemon) and arrange two slices on each salmon fillet.
Drizzle each fillet with coconut cream. Chop the chives, finely cut the white onions and sprinkle over the salmon fillets. Salt with a pinch of fleur de sel and pepper with a mill turn, then add a few drops of olive oil on each fillet.
Close the papillotes and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C (thermostat 6).
At the time of serving, pour on each salmon fillet a drizzle of olive oil AOP Provence fruity green medium Mira Luna for a bouquet of tasty aromas!
